Forró Bristol

Forró Bristol is a social group of people that enjoy the music, dance, and culture of Forró, that originates from Brazil and is becoming more and more popular around the world. We hold regular weekly classes to help you improve and progress your forró dancing, with our teacher Denis Veloso, and occasional guest teachers. We run beginners courses for those looking to learn the fundamentals of forró through a series of structured lessons. And we also organise regular forró parties throughout the year.

O Forró Bristol é um grupo social de pessoas que apreciam a música, a dança e a cultura do forró, que tem origem no Brasil e está se tornando cada vez mais popular em todo o mundo. Oferecemos aulas semanais regulares para ajudar você a aprimorar e progredir na dança do forró, com nosso professor Denis Veloso e, ocasionalmente, professores convidados. Oferecemos cursos para iniciantes para quem busca aprender os fundamentos do forró por meio de uma série de aulas estruturadas. Também organizamos festas de forró regularmente ao longo do ano.

Summer Holidays

We will be taking a break over the summer as many people will be taking holidays or going to festivals. We will be back in September with more classes, more courses, and more parties. Have a great summer, keep safe, and see you in the Autumn.

But don't be too sad about the summer break, there will be opportunities to meet up with friends to dance, and go to festivals over the summer. Keep an eye on your social media, and we will post events here on the website.
